We focus on the marketing, development and selling of properties throughout Guyana and the Caribbean, both in the residential and commercial markets, for sale and for rent.

Founded in 2015 by Dr Kampta Persaud, GPSA is determined to becoming a leading property developer in Guyana with aims of expanding our property portfolio throughout the whole region.
